Dr. Wu, a professor in Architecture at the School of Architecture, Southeast University, is active in both academic and professional fields and has received awards in both areas.
She graduated from the architectural department of Southeast University in 1995 and received her Doctorate in Engineering from Southeast University in 2000. In 2006-2007, she was visiting scholar at Graduate School of Design, Harvard University. She also serves as a Review Expert in China Green Building Committee, appointed by China Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.
Dr. Wu has published more than 30 papers，some of them cited by SSCI, and CSSCI, covering a wide range of academic fields in green architecture design. She has been involved in a series of research and real projects concerning architectural design, also receiving prizes in practices.
In addition to offering graduate and undergraduate design studio at SEU, she teaches the course “Green Building Design” and participates in various international joint workshops in urban planning and architectural design projects. Her research covers building ecology and human habitat, being in charge of and taking part in various national research projects in these fields.
